Responsibilities:
The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Virginia is seeking applicants for pursuit of laboratory-based transliational research activities in neuro-oncology, exploring the basis of clinical observations, and the development of new therapies using modern laboratory skills and tools. |
Qualifications:
Candidates must be an MD,PhD or an MD with special interest in brain tumors, who also has laboratory experience and skills using modern biological research techniques, and must have a demonstrated track record of successful research activity in the field of neuro-oncology. This is a tenure track position and will remain open until filled.
